1. Acceptance of terms

By using dice.now (the "Site"), operated by Dice.now, 3 San Lau Street, Hong Kong, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The service

The Site provides free browser-based dice games, written guides and public leaderboards for entertainment and educational purposes. No real money is wagered on the Site. Games such as Craps use virtual chips with no cash value.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe anyone else's rights.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale or reverse-engineer the Site or its API.
  • Do not submit falsified leaderboard scores, offensive nicknames, or abusive or spam content through the contact form. We may remove entries and block access at our discretion.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's code, design, text and images are owned by Dice.now unless stated otherwise. You may share links to and short quotations from our guides with attribution. Yahtzee, Qwixx, Zombie Dice, King of Tokyo, Elder Sign, Roll For It, LCR and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. Dice.now is an independent site, is not endorsed by those owners, and our implementations are original educational re-creations of publicly known game rules.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep games accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dice.now shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

7. Fair play

Our dice use the browser's cryptographic random number generator. Leaderboard submissions are rate-limited and may be moderated.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or discontinue any game at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
